chairperson.  2013 was a very successful one for Waterford athletes at
juvenile ,senior and masters level Nationally and on the International
stage.A discussion took place on the standard at some of the field
events and hurdles in last years County championships and all clubs
were asked to make an effort to have all participating in these events
trained for them and not produce them on the day just to make up
numbers.  The following County Championship Cross Country fixtures
were made and all at St Augustine's College Abbeyside.12 noon each
day. Sunday October 6 th Boys and Girls  under 10,12,14,16, ( also

all grades of athletes a chance to compete as team awards are in all
the events so every effort should be made by clubs to have full teams
competing at the County Championships but again all should be training
over the distances and not produced on the day and be completely
