National Senior Championships

Fantastic results at the National Seniors ...Kelly Proper added another two titles to her collection winning the long jump with a fine leap of 6.27m and the 200m in a stunning 23.22s. She took bronze in the 100m also. Thomas Barr was a class apart in the 400m hurdles with an easy 50.04s. Cara Kennedy won her fourth hammer title with a fine throw of 57m. Sean Archer snatched a bronze medal on his last jump in the triple jump just under his pb. Paul Murphy ran a super heat and final moving up to the senior ranks and finished sixth in the final. Eoin Browne had a super run for sixth in the junior 3k and Neasa Murphy was also sixth in the high jump. Richard Lucas just missed the final in the 800m. Well done everyone.
