Bus leaves RSC at 8.30am sharp. Cost 15e or 20e family. Approx bus return time to RSC 5pm .

Long jump u 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16

Shot u  13, 15

Hurdles u 8, 9, 10,  11, 12, 13, 14

Turbo Javelin u 9, 11

Relays u 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16 (u 16 relay is mixed)

Athletes can move up one age group.

Please text Lynda  (087 4115461) by Monday Nov 24th    if you wish to be entered and also if you wish to book a place on the bus. A parent should travel with anyone age 11 or younger. This is a really enjoyable competition with goodie bags and a raffle for all competitors at the conclusion of the competition.

Club singlets should be worn (available at training 15e)
